~~Monash CITISIA Conference~~
Phew~~ finally, this conference is ended
this conference is not grant that what I expected,
few big hall but with little people,
those hotel /maybe is restaurant food is not nice at all,
Asam laksa.. i can simply find a road side seller, any of them can beat them
satay.. hard like stone.. want make us to see dentist after bite?
juice.. like detergent...
haiz.. i thought this so call international event will have a very good impression de..
i wonder how those Sri Lanka people feel
the event size is so small, exhibition is dominate by UTAR and UCSI team
finally? exhibition top 3 is grabbed by UTAR... haha^^
Hmm, hope the next conference will be better at least.. more crowd..
oh.. almost forget.. the next conference will be in Utar..
Any IEEE member interested to join this event committee?
I'm tired to participate either as helper or committe...

Subject: Complaints from a Group Manager about the attire of UTAR graduates and students
Dear graduands and alumni, especially those who are still looking for jobs,
This email may be important to you, please read on this letter written to UTAR by a "Group Manager from a chain of companies". Although his comments might not be true about the majority of you, but would definitely jeopardise career opportunity of a lot of our garduates.
"I am writing to you in response to the several interview I conducted with
your former students for various position within our group of companies. I
have never come across such ?interesting grooming? that set a very bad first
impression to the interviewers. I wonder if you have any specific guidelines
on student attire during interview as well as in your campus? I am sorry to
have questioned both of you on this matter but let me relate my ?wonderful?
and ?eye washing? experience with you.
We have received 18 applications from your former students for an interview
and eight of them came for the interview from last week until yesterday but
all of them have been rejected in the first 15 minutes. They do not know
what and how to wear in showing respect to the interviewers. Among some of
the fashion fauxpas includes blonde or colourful hairs, short sleeves or
raised collar shirt, messy jeans, ¾ pants, slippers/sandals, chunky
necklaces and bracelets. One of them even came for the interview as though
she is going ?clubbing?. This is office work and in executive position. How
can they wear like these to an interview?
I further went to your campus in Setapak this morning to personally look at
your students attire and I got a shock of my life. Your students did wore
singlet, ¾ pants, sandals and messy jeans to class. When I approached few of
your students, they simply said its allowable in the campus. In fact, one of
them said the lecturers like it so much?
May I advise you that students MUST respect the University, the lecturers
and other co-students by wearing appropriate attire in the campus at all
times. We cannot allow students who bore part of their flesh and body hairs
in the campus. What had becoming to this generation?s students attitude and
behaviour? Where are their discipline? Being an educator, shouldn?t it be
our responsibility to ensure students? characteristics are well formed here?
I sincerely hope UTAR can look into this matter seriously and come out with
a more stringent guideline with regards to student attire. Obviously, we
want to avoid any possible incidence that could have happened as a result of
baring too much of our flesh in the campus. I understand that UTAR students
are very much sought after in the labour market but this record can become
history if the newest generation continues to wear inappropriately in the
campus and carry the same mindset when they look for jobs in the market.
For your information, after such incidence, we have decided not to proceed
with interviewing the balance ten applicants. UTAR students may be good
academically but it?s their character and well being that counts during the
first interview."
Last but not least, some advice from UTAR: You can be as fashionable as you wish during social interactions, but for formal occassions, especiaoly like attending interviews, it would be advantageous to be vigilant about your attire, gesture and hair style, ie. formal office attire is preferred.

~~I'm Back~~
Hmm.. this post will sounds a bit crazy...
like i'm already got head damage..
in fact.. i'm not... haha
Yes.. All this 2 year I'm been searching the old self...
which like to win.. like to fight.. like to trouble people...
without them.. i just look like somebody taking drugs...
yea... it is.. my family and close frens know i'm getting thinner..
maybe they dunno actually i under stressed..
but it is ok.. i hide my stress side from them all this while
untill it reach the first limit.. exam stress..
b4 get into university, exam for me is just like a small exercise
ish... uni life is more meaningfull than my primary and secondary life..
but... the stress is freaking heavy for me...
thanks to my frens, my heng dai and mui muis i still can manage to control myself..
now.. yea... after some counselling sessions.. i found back what i want...
but.. still my confidence is still not enough high...
working on it.. Gambate!!! wakaka!!
at last... I'm Back! With my Special thinking.... dun be afraid of me..
i'm still a human... ^^

Hoho!!!
Finally.. can squeeze some time out to blog..
hmm.. this few week is so stress..
first.. i got few subject's coursework mark is not so high...
means very low la... aiks..
secondly.. felt like dun wanna continue my study in Mechatronics..
i should go computer science or computer engineer...
too late... nvm... haha... since now i'm in Mecha then continue..
third.. no more study mood..
since i enter university... my study mood gone...
wont like last time..
i need not to study.. just listen to teacher also can score...
now dead.. even listen to lecturer i wont able to understand what are they crapping...
aiks... then? slept in class always...
now? just finished my third paper..
next paper is thursday, aww... which i fear most..
lowest mark in my 6 sub... really no idea how can i make it pass..
Hahaha^^
since tmr is labour day..
i make myself a holiday...
tmr go Ipoh with my parents to visit my aunty...
haha got free meals again... kinda miss it...
come back that time only start work on my next paper la..

i have a very strategy place to snap shot..
but... wasted... but nvm..
the place i stand allow me to take a look to whole ballroom..
which means... whole doing what i also know...

how are we going to calibrate all those stuff?
bad sound effect? stupid lighting system?

Utar Ball Night 2009 poster..Aiks... feeling bad...
I'm going to have two test in this Wednesday..
Originally i planned to study at Saturday night and the whole Sunday.
however, something is just disturbing my mind...
lol... i think i do not have to say much..
Yup^^ it is the UTAR Ball Night which tmr i will go..

OMG!!!
Why i so stupid?
own this laptop for almost 2 year...
now only i know.. my laptop got mic...
my laptop got mic!!!
how come i dont know i got mic?
first, i seldom use video or sound conference,
i need not a mic..
secondly, when i'm using sound forge9.0 to record my game music,
i found the song is append with a lot of noise,
like my conversation with my friends~,~"
then i thought it was program problem, then i try the adobe audition 3 to record,
same.. argh... irritating noise..
lolz... watever la.. now i know my laptop got mic de..
this one must thx to a fren who tell me...
n find the mic hole for me... it just beside my power button..
which previously i thought is a reset hole...
argh, many device reset pin is look exactly same...
lolz... i'm so stupid...

"Rightmark Clock utility"
so happy after try this..
why?
my computer originally is vista..
i use 2 month to dig out the xp driver from internet... but?
my laptop power management is very very bad... my com easily get hot n pop...
switch off when reach critical temperature...
argh... luckily my cifu --cs he introduce me this..
wow... after some setting my com just like air-con...
dun believe? see this.....
see? only 7 degree!!! which my sifu also cant believe it!!
or maybe the temperature is not tele... lolz..
watever la... i like this so much!!!
P.S. ok... i know the wallpaper is a bit weird for a guy... so.. pls la.. dun comment so much...

So they created a night watchman position and hired a person for the job.

Drunk?!
Hoho...dun surprise..
i'm a person that didn't drink alcohol more than half cup before..
this time.. i was allowed to drink...
erm.. if i not wrong..
according to my uncle just back from Dubai recently...
this is a kind of red wine..
of course... i didn't even know how to differentiate it..
hehe... this is first time.. i one shot drink half bottle..
at least i think is half.. actually if accurate.. just one 1/3
hoho...
kinda weird... originally i think red wine is hard to drink one...
but i feel nice... awh... dun wanna addict...
so? faster run away n trying to sleep...
i know after drink it tonight will have a nice sleep...
this red wine is 12.5% alcohol... who can tell me.. is it very high?
is it i drunk ade only write this post?
maybe.. but who knows?

大家好，我叫杨过，原名杨经过。
因为妈生我的时候刚好有一只羊经过。
开始大家都叫我阿经。
成名后我开始浪迹江湖，由于我是广东人，大家也就都很亲切地叫我：粤经。
我老听得别扭的，后来乾脆就改名为杨过。
我一出世，就没见过父母的面。
八岁那一年，一个叫『神雕大瞎』的收留了我。
他就是郭靖。
郭靖是个瞎子，而且瞎得很厉害，根本看不到东西，所以邻居们都叫他：大瞎。
大瞎有一手绝活，那就是雕刻。
他雕的牛绝不象人，雕的兔也绝不象狼，所以江湖中人都叫他：神雕大瞎。
郭靖的老婆是个疯子，逢人就唱：『我不是黄~安~蓉……』。
其实她就是黄蓉。
邻居们在背后都亲切叫她：贱人。
所以当我成名后，江湖中人送我们三人外号：一贱双雕。
郭靖的大女儿姓郭，叫郭芙。
小女儿居然也姓郭，幸好的是她不叫郭芙，而叫郭襄。
真是不幸中的万幸啊！
郭芙原来不叫郭芙，叫郭芙蓉。
我经常背后叫她芙蓉姐姐。
她知道后很生气，居然卸了下我一只左手。
她妈知道后更生气。
因为她今天刚好不疯了。
也刚好意外地发现女儿了名字中居然也有一个『蓉』字。
所以郭芙蓉只能叫郭芙了。
郭襄从小就很调皮。
所以经常被郭靖遣去赶鹅。
由于记性不好，且丢三落四的，经常把鹅整没了。
我也就给她起了个外号叫：鹅没小妹。
几十年后，郭襄自成一派，这就是名动天下的：鹅没派。
郭襄的外公跟黄蓉一样：姓黄。
名药师，我们都叫他黄药师。
黄药师写得一手好文章，是江湖有名的写手。
因为他住在东海桃花岛，所以江湖中人叫他：东写黄药师。
他曾经写下了名句：桃花潭水三千尺，不及汪涵送我情。
由此可知，黄药师与汪涵交情不浅啊！
他还为人环保，深爱着岛上的桃花，也曾作诗如下：
桃花庵外桃花坞，桃花庵内有尼姑；
尼姑和尚本同道，你也秃来我也秃。
黄药师真是一代才子啊！
连卫慧也赞不绝口：好诗！好湿！好！湿了！
黄药师同时还是一个很重感情之人，老婆早逝，他也一直没娶。
自传《眼带桃花一点坏》就是描述其与老婆恩爱的十几年。
二义父
十二岁那一年，我遇到了我的义父欧阳疯。
欧阳疯其实不疯，他是个半哑巴。
因为三十岁那年，他不小心中了一种叫『揪音真菌』病毒。
从此喉咙就经常发不出声音来。
每次发病，除了说不出话，喉咙都会疼得他死去活来，需要靠海洛英止痛。
因此在江湖中也有一个外号：吸毒欧阳疯。
三华山
华山是一座山。
也是着名的旅游胜地。
因为华山还有很多国家级保护野生动物---梅花鹿。
华山同时也很出名，所以它必须很高很高的，比高老庄的高还高。
所以梅花鹿上下山都必须跳跃进行，形成了一独特风景。
因而就有：自古华山一跳鹿
几十年前的有一天。

万里碧空，飘着二朵白云。
华山很热闹。
因为东写黄药师来了，我义父吸毒欧疯也来了，连洪七也来了。
洪七是丐帮的帮主。
也就是人们所说的丐中丐。
江湖传说：他起码一丐顶五丐。
他们都是来参加『华山社会论坛』的。
报道说此次论坛的主题是：
论中国人的贱性对哈雷慧卫星运行轨迹的深层次影响。
所以也叫『华山论贱』。
四华山论贱
论贱第一天。
晴，无云。
很多领导上台发了言。
台下很多人不知所云，昏昏欲睡。
估计领导也不太明白他们手中的稿子所讲是啥？……
大会终于结束，大家都很高兴。
第二天，还是晴。
还是有很多领导以及知名学者纷纷发了许多罗嗦的言。
基本都很吹牛、大体都在拉风。
洪七气不过，上台大骂：
丫别以为很有文化，自以为都很了不起不是？有本事念出我随便写下的这首诗：

鬕发躠攨魶靸韈才囐囃觰灋畿軜很多自称很有文化的写手、领导、作家、伪作家全部哑口。
第三天，还是晴，而且是晴得很烦的那种。
肯定的，大会比天气还烦。
中途，忽然窜进一位大妈，她是住在华山山脚下农户。
大妈今天很生气，因为她家的半桶猪粪不见了，她怀疑是这里的人偷的。
她狠狠地嚷嚷着：没本事就好好写文章去，兴许能混个优秀写手什么的，乾嘛学者偷我猪粪呢？丢人呐！……
大家没吭声，大会在郁闷中结束。
第四天，还是晴。
气象局说：拜托，能不能来个阴天的。
我们预报了一个月阴天愣是没准。
再没水平我怕连那些愚昧的观众也会离弃我们的。
所以老天爷不得不给次面子，中午天开始转阴。
不仅是阴，还是黑压压的一片夹着电闪雷鸣。
电影里这样的天气都会有事情发生。
所以大会今天出了大事。
领导们都深沈地闭了口，只剩洪七他们几个吵得凶。
因为他们都想争到年度最佳贡献奖，获奖者铁定为第二年超级女生评委。
黄药师说：我是着名写手我怕谁！
欧阳疯说：啊……我……我……我……
其实他是哑巴，不能说话的。
洪七很生气，三话不说，拿起个茶杯盖朝他们俩砸去。
欧阳疯跟黄药师顿时倒地不起。
救护马车来了，会议也草草收场了。
总结会议主题：没什么主题，基本跟以往没差别。
洪七因为用一个杯盖砸伤了两大高手，即时名动江湖。大家都叫他洪七公。
华山论贱以后，江湖就开始流传起这样一句话：东写吸毒难敌杯盖。
五学习
我就在郭靖家学雕刻，同时义父也教了我好多武功。
老师说了，学习是很复杂的事，不是半天片刻、三言两语就能说清楚整明白地。

~~Sudden Craziness~~
Wee~~~
today wake up quite late...
around 12 ba... i already sleep bout 12 hours..
i think it is because of sleeping too much,
feeling a bit different today
first.. i remember i have to do my proposal,
so i done it within 30 min, with a new idea..
wat the, suddenly pop out in my mind de..
then i blur blur send out to my chairman
secondly, today i open those strong base music
boom, boom, feeling happy n excited,
normally i will open pure music or sad song de,
dunno y i today so different
thirdly, after listen music n done my proposal
i go out jogging, with my bared foot,
wat the... i run my whole garden ler..
roughly got 2km i think...
after back home... notice that my nails broke...
that is because i pokgai de...
pain.... luckily not injured..
forthly, suddenly feeling like wanted to do something special
but only can feel, dunno wat am i going to do also..
lolz.... maybe suddenly i take of my shirt and run along the shah alam?
or maybe go find XX biao bai? dunno lar..
Omg... wat am i doing today?

today still got 5 hours to next day,
myself also don't know will i come out another crazy stuf today...
